Leading the ceremonial topping-off were: ASYA Project Architect Engr. Alex Balean; I-Land and ISOC President Jesus G. Chua; I-Land and ISOC Chairman Michael Cosiquien; I-Land VP and Business Unit Head May Lopez; and Whiteport Project Manager Arch. Leonides Hadjirul. Pasay City Administrator Atty.
