Showcasing the beauty of Original Pilipino Music, Coke Studio Global unveiled its newest and first-ever Pinoy artist, Zack Tabudlo.

On July 8, Coke Studio announced its newest project for the global music platform with the collaboration of Zack and international rapper Nasty C on their song “Fallin.”

Zack was known as one of the quintessential Gen Z Southeast Asian stars of the new 20s as an alternative-pop and R&B singer, lyricist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer based in the Philippines.

The artist also became an influential music artist in the country following his record-breaking songs that reached over a million streams on different platforms.

Following this milestone of being the first Filipino artist to belong to the global platform of Coke Studio, Zack expressed his gratitude for being chosen as the artist to represent the country.

“This is my first time releasing a track with a rapper like Nasty C. I’d always had visions of doing more pop-hip hop tracks in the future, so when I heard Nasty C was going to be part of Coke Studio, it felt like the perfect time to do it,” Zack said.

The artist will be alongside 16 other breakthrough artists worldwide, such as NewJeans from South Korea and Sam Smith from the United Kingdom.

The COKE STUDIO™ platform is a space for true borderless creation and collaboration amongst emerging and established music artists globally.

Curated in collaboration with Universal Music Group, the world leader in music-based entertainment. It offers a rare opportunity for artists from all over the world to collaborate creatively and experiment with sounds from different cultures, fuse genres to create new music and reach global audiences – whether bringing Punjabi music to the US or South African beats to India.

In the Philippines, Coke Studio is now in its 7th season. It will continue its legacy of uplifting emerging Original Pilipino Music talents alongside established musical icons. Leveraging on co-creations, Coke Studio Philippines this year will feature Filipino artist collisions that go beyond local regions and musical genres.

Moreover, exciting efforts like the biggest Coke Studio concert in the country, fan engagements, and live activations are being planned.
