Introverts would really mark their territory. On periods where they can share and on situations they can feel the most comfortable to express themselves. They would feel the safest and most open inside their territory, their comfort zones.

With that said, it is an incredible feat for introverts to step out of their zones and embrace new lifestyles to improve themselves. That moment when they “left their comfort zones” and change for the better are great starters for conversation and are even helpful testaments for others to do the same.

What is important on leaving comfortable positions is to show significant changes to the introvert. By then, his/her growth would be tremendous.
