Guests, gaming enthusiasts & spectators are given the chance to see how Philippine ferocity, along with Taiwan Excellence, can change the literal playing field of the eSports community with the 2019 Taiwan Excellence eSports Cup, held at The Block Atrium of SM City North EDSA.

The tournament consists of the games Counter-Strike: Global Defensive (CS:GO) and the all-time favorite of the Filipino millennials, League of Legends (LoL).

Each team has the chance to win the P430,000 cash prize once they have outsmarted all of their opponents and will also be representing the country in an international competition in Taiwan which will have the overall summary of all tournaments from Malaysia, India and Thailand.

In addition, the tournament is sided with featurettes and product displays of high-quality gaming devices and accessories. Specifically, Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG), Strix Scar III G531, ROG Strix G G731GV, Asus TUF Gaming FX505DV, and ROG Zephyrus M. Gigabyte’s z390 Aorus WaterForce Xtreme motherboard, Aorus memory cards and peripherals, AVerMedia’s plug and play AM310 USB microphone, and Kingmax’s Semiconductor are also open for the guests’ free trial.

Thousands of guests attended to witness how an eSport tournament would unfold and get a familiarity of the Taiwanese gaming instruments.
