K-pop Superstar Sandara Park Speaks Tagalog On Korean TV Show

K-pop superstar Sandara Park surprised Korean viewers and her co-hosts alike on Korean TV Show ‘Video Star’ last July 29. This is because the former Philippine celebrity spoke Taglog during a short skit on the said Korean TV show.

During the mother-in-law vs. daughter-in-law skit on the show, Dara told her co-host Su-rin “Ano po sinasabi niyo? Hindi ko kayo maintindihan, galing po ako sa Pilipinas.”

The said episode of the ‘Video Star’ trended on Philippine Twitter and recieved prasies from Filipino K-pop fans, commending the Korean star for speaking Tagalog fluently despite not living in the Philippines anymore.
