YouTube’s new feature, YouTube Shorts, was unveiled by the developers Tuesday, July 13, 2021.

YouTube Shorts is a new short-form video experience for users of the YouTube app who want to produce videos with their phones.

It was initially launched in India in September of last year and has since expanded to over 100 countries globally, allowing artists and content producers to upload up to 60 seconds of video with numerous customization options.

Because of its comparable features and structure, YouTube shorts is increasingly being recognized as a rival to TikTok, a video-sharing site.

Adding text to videos, captions, clips, and images from your photo album, simple filters, and sample audios are just a few of the YouTube Shorts’ features.

With over 2 billion monthly visitors to YouTube, they aim to make it easier for the next generation of mobile producers to establish a community on the platform with this new improvement.

Although users cannot share income from advertisements, YouTube as a platform has been helping artists and producers of their talent with Shorts.

Instead, YouTube launched the YouTube Shorts Fund to recognize and reward creators for their outstanding contributions, as well as to assist creators in monetizing their videos while they work on longer-term monetization options.

Here’s how you can create Shorts:
