Not everyone has the privilege to internet access and meet the basic requirement of distance learning amid the new normal. This mode of education has become one of the hot topics since the plan was proposed. So, to address this issue in Cavite, the local government decided to provide internet connection to learners.

According to Governor Jonvic Remulla on his Facebook page, Cavite will soon provide a free Wi-Fi system to some 90 percent of its residential areas.
